About Jess

Jess is the creative behind the lens and the keyboard. She is a registered nurse, who has explored the U.S. with her two huskies and husband. While she is originally from the east coast, she has felt a pull from the western states ever since she found her passion for the outdoors. She and her husband have phased out of the travel nursing / full time RV lifestyle and moved to the high deserts of Central Oregon. Jess loves to plan adventures and share her experiences through the images and videos captured along the way. She loves connecting with like minded individuals, challenging her family and friends with new experiences, and helping beginners find their passions and take the leap to chase them.

Where are we now?

We have been living in Central Oregon for under a year, but we are loving it. The outdoor access is incredible and there is always something to do in town. We feel lucky to have taken a chance on Bend, sight unseen.

We have now lived in Oregon, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, and Montana.

A go with the flow, super handy guy who would describe himself as “simple”. He knows how to find the best listings on facebook marketplace. His ideal day would be full of skiing or boating. This man genuinely loves to work.
Oakley

An eight year old siberian husky with an old soul. He loves being outside and eating treats — he is just as lazy as he is stubborn.
Nicknamed: Mr.
Everest

An eight year old siberian husky that we can only describe as wild. She loves to work, receive affection, and beat up on Oakley.
Nicknamed: Nugget
Jess

An introverted extrovert. Loves strength training, reading, knitting, trying new recipes, backpacking, rock climbing, and bartending. Thrives in the summertime and when good music is playing.
